Hosting and server

The website runs at Fly.io, Inc. (USA) on a server in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Opening a page necessarily involves technical data: your IP address, date and time, the requested address, the status code and details about your browser and device. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website itself does not write access logs. Fly.io may process technical logs to operate and secure its infrastructure. More: Fly.io privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Domain and DNS

The domain nyuszo.com is registered with Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which also answers DNS queries. The connection between your browser and the website does not pass through Cloudflare. More: Cloudflare privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Transfers to the USA

Fly.io and Cloudflare are based in the USA and participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For certified companies, an adequacy decision of the European Commission applies (Art. 45 GDPR).

Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, message and the page language are processed to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f)).

The message is sent by email via iCloud Mail (Apple) to my inbox and kept there until the request is dealt with. The website itself does not store it. More: Apple privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

To prevent abuse, your IP address is counted in memory for at most one hour so that no one can send more than five messages per hour. It is not stored permanently. A field that is invisible to people keeps automated spam programs out.

Cookies and browser storage

There is no cookie banner because this website only stores what you choose yourself. This is allowed without consent because it is strictly necessary for a feature you explicitly asked for (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive). There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Local storage entries stay in your browser and are never sent to the server. The button below deletes all of them at once.

Links to other platforms

The site links to Twitch, TikTok, Instagram and Discord. No content from these services is embedded, and nothing is sent to them before you click a link. After that, their terms apply: Twitch (opens in a new tab), TikTok (opens in a new tab), Instagram (opens in a new tab), Discord (opens in a new tab).

If you join the Minecraft server RebirthMC, its host processes technical data. That is not part of this website.

Fonts, icons and scripts

All fonts, icons and scripts are served from this server. No Google Fonts, no third-party CDN and no external scripts are loaded.

Retention

Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for its purpose, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Just write to martinvreiz21@icloud.com.
